Lenscraft 0.4.0 Beta

  • Added a clean everyday renderer with optional cinematic depth of field, bokeh and anamorphic character.
  • Kept Low, Medium and High sharp for normal play; confined heavier camera effects to Extreme and Ultra Extreme.
  • Corrected reciprocal-distance focus, foreground protection and halo rejection around depth discontinuities.
  • Softened grass and foliage shading to remove harsh or broken contact-darkening patterns.
  • Rebuilt Fancy leaves with a film-stable inner canopy and opaque accepted fragments instead of transparent shells.
  • Improved distant texture stability, night readability and Nether/End grading.
  • Added legacy OptiFine aliases alongside the modern Iris mappings.
  • Packaged 65 stable Minecraft release tags from 1.8.9 through 26.2; see COMPATIBILITY.md for exact runtime anchors.
