Haste Shaders

This is an incredibly lightweight shader made to run on integrated graphics.

This shader adds nice shadows bloom and other subtle details.

NOTE: this shader still has small bugs that are bieng worked on, but i feel that most issues have been resolved and that this shader is definetly playable, please report any bugs and i will get to fixing them as soon as possible.
