Put Endermen back on spawn list - to many mods need ender pearls for them to be disabled.
Disabled Blood Moon.
Disabled Hunger effect when Infected by a zombie - gives you a better chance to live and find a cure.
Changed a few client side mods to be NOT required for pack.
