- Re-enabled longer sent chat messages option in HodgePodge (it wasn't broken, the server was just missing HodgePodge)
- Disabled some settings in the HodgePodge config that break IC2
- Added IC2 (finally, a traditional tech mod!)
- Disabled IC2 nukes (griefing) and crop breeding (didn't work with most crops)
- Enabled steel mode for IC2 (uses Railcraft's steel)
- Removed IC2's basic iron furnace
- Changed the recipes of the IC2 electric furnace and generator to no longer require an iron furnace
- Made IC2 mining laser recipe much more expensive
- Added BuildCraft for pipes
- Replaced Balkon's WeaponMod with Balkon's WeaponMod: Legacy for some bug fixes
- Added Expanded Armory: Legacy for steel support in Balkon's WeaponMod: Legacy
- Updated some mods
