This modpack adds 300+ mods to the base game, with a main focus of expanding the game on all sides, combat, magic, exploration, tech, and difficulty, making the game harder at the start, and letting the player become stronger gradually on their own way.
The main (optional)objective of the modpack, is doing a full advancement playthrough.

-Survival-
When starting on your world, you will be met with two new aspects on your survival, temperature and thirst. Your temperature will change depending on your ambient and mainly the biome you're in, most of the times you can survive cold with a shelter and something to warm you up(torches, campfires, or a heater), and the heat by jumping into water to cool yourself, or you can craft clothing that can resist those types of temperature. Your thirst will grow with time, similarly to hunger, you can drink water or drinks to fullfill it, you can get water with a glass bottle or a clay bowl on any source of water, but be careful as it may be dirty and you will need to boil it on a furnace, campfire or boiler.
When going to break a tree, you will be surprised as you wont be able to break it. Thee main way to break wood is with bone tools, you can now get bone from all of the vanilla animals, and you can also get sticks by breaking leaves, and use it to make bone tools. When going to mine iron, you will need to use an iron pickaxe, or anything of the same level, so you can use copper to upgrade your bone pickaxe, so it becomes able to mine iron ore.
-Combat-
When playing, you will notice that he combat is different, as it is overhauled on this modpack. When attacking, you will do actual attacks with animations and speed reflecting the weapon you're using, there are also various new weapons on the game to aid the combat and add new possibilities to your combat style.
-Mobs-
There are hundreds of new hostile and passive mobs on your world now, including animals, undead, entire cave biomes, and more. The undead also got a huge buff, now having passive extreme regeneration, however, you can counter it by using fire or silver tools.
Mobs can also spawn as bosses, that drop additional loot such as gems that can be used with the apotheosis mod. Mob bosses spawn with random attributes, such as having an additional life, lifesteal, applying effects on hit, flinging players, and more. Harder and rarer bosses will spawn on the nether and the end.
-Magic-
There are four main magic mods to those who like a mage playstyle, Ars Nouveau, Forbidden and Arcanus, Iron's Spell & Books and Mahou Tsukai. There is also Apotheosis, that can be considered a magic mod. If you don't know how to use these mods, i recommend using the advancements tab as a guide, or looking at online documentation.
-Tech-
There are three main technology mods, Create, Mekanism and the Thermal Series. And also some additional mods, like RFTools and Security Craft. If you don't know how to use these mods, i recommend using the advancements tab as a guide, or looking at online documentation.
You will find many surprises while playing this modpack, there is WAY more content beyond what i told you here, but i will let you discover the rest by yourself.
