The UNFAIRness balance update.

I finally found the config that controlled certain mobs and their aggression range. In some cases, this made a few mobs TERRIBLE to exist, since as soon as they spawned they would hunt you down without giving you much chance to avoid them or respond. For example, bisons and grizzly bears which are insanely dangerous spotting you as soon as they spawn and rushing you.

Fixing a few particular mobs makes the nether actually doable in cases where you HIT A ZOMBIE PIGLIN. Before, they just would NEVER lose agro if you ever hit one, even after dying. So, thank gosh, I fixed that finally. Also toned down the number of mobs that auto-target you. Still, be careful of falling wither skeletons.
