Reattempting this version after fixing issues with a supporting mod file getting packaged into "overrides" that didn't belong there.

Mekanism dropped due to severe balance issues requiring too much baby-sitting to address (especially the atomic disassembler, which is light on config options). Immersive Engineering added instead.
