- Surface chance cubes removed

- Invisible gas disabled

- Glens' Gas pipes set to only spawn in caves in overworld

- Some recipe changes & fixes

Note on using worlds from last version:

- They will still work but some blocks may be removed on loading world (suggest backup save before loading)
