Zane's Litepack

This Modpack was originally made for a private Server, it is a lightweight Modpack with mods like Create and Mekanism with some addons, and also a few quality of life and performance mods. It is designed to be able to run on some low power machines and servers, so you can enjoy it with all your friends, and even on the go if you have a laptop. It even includes Controllable if you prefer using a Controller instead of a keyboard and mouse.
