This modpack is a custom pack put together for "Yuchi SMP", a SMP server for the community of the vtuber Yuchi.
The core tech mod is Create. There are also other mods such as Terralith for biomes, shaders to enhance visuals, and other cosmetic mods to allow for more creative builds. This pack doesn't focus on adding much combat focused enhancements and instead focuses on exploration and building.
