Immersive engineering and many of the other companion mods for it, animalia and rustic too if you choose to live the life of a medieval peasant. Biomes o' plenty and silly little dungeons and reworked mineshafts. Spent quite awhile putting it all together its my go to pack thats not too wacky. You need a somewhat decent computer to work with it, memory is the biggest issue. Should be fine tho.
