Removal of Hardcore Revival (the pack broke it, and it got in the way of game flow anyways).
Nerfed the Creeper's movement speed and fuse timer. It got a little too strong with rough mobs. These values are still stronger than vanilla.
Fixed some file defaults that were set incorrectly.
