Huge update. 

-Enhanced shells was updated, and the crafting recipes were changed and balanced.

( Rocket base now needs a sequence assembly, as does the fuselage. Higher tiers of powder charge recipes have been changed. MkI is the same: powder charge+ packed GP. MkII is now 2 nitro powder and 1 mkI powder charge. MkIII is 2 mkII. MkIV is a sequenced assembly, requiring 2 MkIII and 200mb of strength potion. MkV is the result of endering MkIV, and MkV now adds 100m/s of velocity instead of 90m/s.)

-distant horizon was replaced (after a really long time) with Voxy. You may use Chunky to pre-generate chunks. Unfortunately, I could not get an optimised version of Voxy that rendered stable objects.

-The atmospheric pressure was lowered. The max height is now 2,500 blocks. After testing, I came to the realization that even with Create Radar, in multiplayer it would be quite impossible to find other players.

-Shrapnel overhaul was removed to prevent the game from crashing when a nuke goes off, since it creates hundreds of individual explosions instead of one big one.
