Xenu's Infinity Evolved

The long awaited pseudo-sequel to the largely underwhelming and untested "The PenuPack", LordXenusFollower (me) presents the pretty okay, unorganized, chaotic Magic and Tech fused Dimension hopping modpack, Xenu's Infinity Evolved!

(NOTE: I am in no way associated with Feed The Beast. This is an unrelated project to Feed The Beast and FTB Infinity Evolved, this pack is effectively a fan made spiritual successor. Please play FTB Infinity Evolved with some friends if you are able to, it's a phenomenal modpack with likely more thought and care than this one!)

Some of the features and...things you can expect to experience within this (probably) scuffed modpack.

- Cursing other players to turn into Werewolves before realizing that they are able to kill Vampires!

- Create customizable weaponry through the use of Tinkers' Construct with Iguana's Tweaks that can do absurd amounts of damage!

- One lucky person of interest saying "It's Thaumin' Time!" before eating 12 stacks of Zombie Brains, filling a crucible with several thousand cobblestone worth of compressed cobblestone, and spreading the taint to everywhere you wanted to once explore.

- Attempt to create an Applied Energistics 2 ME system before realizing that ProjectE's Transmutation Table and Iron Chests are simply funnier alternatives!

- Getting married to your villager wife and having a child you are able to sacrifice in conjunction with Witchery and Blood Magic!

- Destroying everything by opening one (1) Chance Cube or Pandora's Box!

- Letting the intrusive thoughts win and shooting a Portal Gun at the moon nearby a friend's base! You know you want to.

- Dimension hopping and destroying everything that lies in your path! Oh good Aether above!

- Minimal amounts of configs that make it so that IDs don't conflict and that those Blitz things from Thermal Foundation don't spawn ever again I hate them all!

- Many mods which set out to help optimize this largely unoptimized game we all know as Minecraft!

- Giving a pig Trail Mix before realizing what you are doing!

- Creating an army of Vampiric Poppet linked Iron Golems basking in regenerative liquid!

- Using Sync for...some sort of Sci-Fi evil lab reveal sort of thing!

- Morph into your allies and enemies like the skinwalking Wendigo you are! (NOTE: There are no Wendigos in this modpack.)

- Have your house get hit by a meteor! Craft those shields as soon as you can!

- Speedrun the Twilight Forest...again! Did you know they didn't have the Minoshroom Trophy in this version? Now you do!

- Kill every Lizard in all of Tropicraft! Find the Moai. Become the Moai.

 

DISCLAIMER(s)

- I have absolutely no idea what I am doing with much of anything regarding modpack development. Please do not expect a polished experience...for now...

- This modpack is very unbalanced. I have not altered any Crafting Recipes and have done near the bare minimum in making sure that the mods should work together given how I've played one (1) world with all of these mods for about a month.

- I personally would recommend about 4-6GB of RAM to run this modpack. I have optimized as much as I reasonably can within this version besides adding Optifine, of which the only version which would seem to work is D6 if anybody is curious for any reason at all.

- DON'T RUN THIS MODPACK ON A SERVER WITHOUT A WHITELIST! MINECRAFT 1.7.10 HAS MANY VULNERABILITIES IN MULTIPLAYER! Singleplayer is completely safe and Multiplayer servers with a whitelist should be fine!

- DON'T MAKE A MYSTCRAFT BOOK TO THE MOON OR ANY DIMENSIONS THAT ARE NOT GOOD IDEAS TO WITHOUT A SERVER BACKUP!

 

POSSIBLE CHANGES FOR THE FUTURE

- Endermen cannot turn into Mutant Endermen organically because of some of the mods like Hardcore Ender Expansion.

- WIther Skeletons have difficulty spawning, might change something about that.

- Hats and (by proxy) Hat Stand don't seem to work despite me manually adding the Hat files to the game, I might either remove the mod or find some fix for this as I really do love that mod.

- Will definitely probably add more mods. I have a problem with too many options. I have to have them all.
