[xela's] Overhauled Vanilla

-Removed debugify (as it causes you not to be able to type fluidly on jei)
-Trails and tails removed (as it was too common in the world gen and conflicted wiht multiple mods)
-Added chipped
-Added public Gui
-Added too fast (to fix moving too fast on servers)
-Added Simply swords
-Removed variant tools and weaponry (simply swords is just better)
-Added biome spawn point (removes spawning in a vanilla biome, adding to the magic of a new world)
-Removed secret rooms remastered (didn't fit the feel of the game)
-Added polymorph (some recipes conflicted)
-Capybara (capybara)
-Unstructured (adds more structures)
