1.0.3 - SkyGrid ore rebalance & modded ore sieve fixes

Fixed: all three SkyGrid dimension configs (Overworld, Nether, End) had silently reverted to the mod's built-in defaults on the live server - the pack's curated block weights were never actually active. Restored the correct configs.

Changed: steepened the Overworld ore curve (coal/iron/copper/gold/redstone now weighted higher relative to diamond/emerald/lapis) so early ores are noticeably more common than late-game ones.

Added: 20 new Ex Deorum sieve recipes covering modded ores that had no other obtainable source in this SkyGrid world - quartz, salt, lignite coal, bauxite, monazite, azure silver, bort, peridot, crimson iron, ruby, sapphire, electrotine, antimony, fluorite, titanium, tungsten, anglesite, benitoite, yellorite, and uraninite. This unblocks early materials for Modern Industrialization, Silent Gear, Project Red, Powah, Extreme Reactors 2, and Mekanism's Fluorite.
