🌍 WORLDS FURTHER
Same blocks. A deeper journey.
Minecraft 1.21.1 • NeoForge Adventure & Progression Pack
There should always be somewhere further to go.
Worlds Further is a Minecraft adventure pack built around exploration, meaningful progression, magic, engineering, survival, building, and the freedom to decide what comes next.
Explore → Settle → Master → Engineer → Take to the Skies → Go Further
Build a quiet cottage. Become a powerful mage. Hunt dragons. Construct a sprawling Create factory. Build an airship and take your base with you.
And when you’ve mastered it all…
There is still one more craft: The Further.
⚡ AT A GLANCE
🧱 Minecraft — 1.21.1 • NeoForge 21.1.250
💾 RAM — 8 GB heap via the CurseForge Memory slider

⚠️ IMPORTANT
CurseForge does not automatically apply the pack’s additional JVM arguments.
If you’re using Distant Horizons, paste the ZGC arguments from the Install Notes at the bottom of this description.
The Distant Horizons G1 warning is expected until you do this.
🌎 A WORLD WORTH EXPLORING
The adventure starts outside your front door.
The Overworld has been rebuilt around travel, discovery, and exploration.
🌍 New terrain
🌿 New biomes
🏚️ New structures
🕳️ New caves
🏘️ New settlements
🐉 New dangers
Featuring Biomes O’ Plenty, Regions Unexplored, Nature’s Spirit, Tectonic, YUNG’s, Moog’s, Explorify, and more.
Wildlife fills the world. Ruins hide stories. Dragons roam the wilderness.
The world isn’t just somewhere to build.
It’s something to explore.
⚔️ BECOME THE ADVENTURER
You don’t just explore the world.
You grow with it.
Skill progression rewards the things you naturally do:
Explore • Fight • Mine • Farm • Fish • Build • Survive
Discover rare equipment and unusual abilities through Relics, More Relics, Artifacts, and Arcane Abilities.
Broken relics don’t have to become forgotten loot either. Create: Relicworks lets you recycle them through Create machinery.
Combat is expanded with:
⚔️ Better Combat
↔️ Directional dodging
❤️ Clearer enemy health
🎥 Optional over-the-shoulder camera
Familiar Minecraft combat.
With more depth.
✨ MASTER THE ARCANE
Start tinkering. End up casting spells.
Ars Nouveau grows alongside your adventure, taking you from simple experimentation to serious spellcraft.
Create: Sourceworks brings Ars ingredients into the factory, with crushing wheels, millstones, mixers, and mechanical crafters.
Ars Draconis connects Ars Nouveau with Ice and Fire, giving dragon hunting a place within your magical progression.
Combine this with Relics and Arcane Abilities to develop your own approach to the world.
Magic and engineering aren’t competing paths.
They’re two sides of the same adventure.
⚙️ ENGINEER SOMETHING INCREDIBLE
From a single cog to an industrial empire.
Create is the technological spine of Worlds Further.
Start small.
Then build:
🏭 Factories
📦 Logistics networks
🚂 Railways
🍳 Automated kitchens
📚 Storage systems
🌾 Automated farms
⚙️ Complex machinery
The pack’s Create addons connect your factory to the rest of the world:
Create: Sourceworks — Ars Nouveau
Create: Relicworks — Relics
Create: Harvestworks — Food & farming
Create: Dragonworks — Ice and Fire
Turn individual progression systems into one connected factory.
And eventually…
Your machines don’t have to stay on the ground.
☁️ TAKE TO THE SKIES
Build it. Fly it. Take it with you.
Create Aeronautics brings moving aircraft and airships into your world.
Build:
🛩️ A personal flyer
🏭 A travelling workshop
☁️ A floating factory
🏡 A mobile home
🚢 An airship that carries your adventure with you
Integrations with storage, logistics, ropes, Waystones, FTB Chunks, Curios, and flight let your machines and adventures move with you.
Soaring Trader Flyovers keeps Discovery traders flying above your builds instead of through them.
Your shop can move.
Your factory can move.
Your home can move.
The horizon isn’t the limit.
🌱 BUILD A LIFE
Adventure isn’t the only reason to stay.
Slow down.
Plant crops. Follow the seasons. Raise animals. Go fishing. Cook something ridiculous. Decorate your home. Build somewhere that actually feels like yours.
Featuring:
🌾 Farmer’s Delight
🥕 Pam’s HarvestCraft 2
🎣 Aquaculture
🍂 Serene Seasons
🌳 Dynamic Trees
🪑 Handcrafted
🧰 Supplementaries
🧱 Chipped
Create: Harvestworks brings food production into your factory, letting you automate more of your kitchen and farm.
Start with a garden.
End with an industrial food empire.
🏆 THE FURTHER
When you’ve mastered everything else, prove it.
The Further is the pack’s endgame progression.
First, create four Mastery Hearts:
❤️ Relic Heart
💙 Sky Heart
💜 Source Heart
💚 Homestead Heart
Then combine them with the ultimate ingredients from across the pack to create:
⭐ THE FURTHER
The Further is consumed to unlock Create’s creative power items:
⚙️ Creative Motor
💧 Creative Fluid Tank
🔥 Creative Blaze Cake
🪄 Creative Physics Staff
Every unlock costs one Further.
Want a second Creative Motor?
Craft another Further.
The Handheld Worldshaper and Creative Crate remain creative-only. They can bypass progression or directly modify the world, so they are deliberately excluded.
📖 A GUIDED JOURNEY
Know what to do next — without being told how to play.
FTB Quests follows the natural progression of the pack:
Adventure → Homestead → Engineering → Magic → Sky → Mastery
Quests are designed to:
- Teach the major systems
- Introduce progression
- Reward exploration
- Point towards new possibilities
- Give you goals without dictating how you play
Follow them.
Use them as inspiration.
Or ignore them completely.
Play Minecraft your way.
🚀 BUILT WITH PERFORMANCE IN MIND
A bigger world shouldn’t automatically mean a slower one.
Worlds Further includes a large collection of performance improvements:
Sodium • Lithium • ModernFix • FerriteCore • ImmediatelyFast • Entity Culling • More Culling • BadOptimizations • ServerCore • AllTheLeaks • Krypton • Structure Layout Optimizer • Particle Core • Create FPS Optimizer
🌄 Distant Horizons
Distant Horizons keeps distant terrain visible without rendering the entire horizon at full vanilla detail.
Default configuration:
48 chunks • Medium drop-off
Vanilla render distance remains at 4 chunks.
☕ ZGC
Java 21 + ZGC is used to reduce the hitching that can occur with Distant Horizons under G1.
Paste the JVM arguments from the Install Notes below.
The Distant Horizons G1 warning is not a pack bug.
Dynamic Render Distance and Dynamic FPS also help keep resource usage under control.
Full detail up close. Gradually reduced detail in the distance.
More world.
Less wasted performance.
🏡 MORE MINECRAFT. NOT LESS.
There is no final boss.
No speedrun ending.
No single correct way to play.
Be a cottage builder.
Become a mage.
Hunt dragons.
Build a railway.
Live on the ocean.
Create a factory.
Collect relics.
Build an airship.
Automate your entire kitchen.
Master the skies.
Craft The Further.
Then look towards the horizon.
There’s always somewhere further to go.
🌅 EXPLORE. BUILD. CRAFT. DISCOVER. GROW.
The world is bigger than where you started.
