Changes:
-finally finish with the infection/slowness bug !
-improving the realisism mechanics around the guns and allow them to destroy blocks like doors or trap doors
-adding guns suppresing and implified the sound of the guns
I hope to finally stop updating this modpack for a while and maybe go working on Modernia or Jurrasic Era
