Added hwyla and some commands to allow you to teleport around. Also added security craft.
As far as claiming goes, I don’t think it would be fair to allow claiming. Because of the fragmented nature of the land. You want protection you build a securitycraft house.
Removed Unforgiving void. Therefore jumping off the overworld will make you die in the void.
Removed tipline because it doesn’t work.
Added No Op Spawn Protection to server pack since we can’t allow FTB Utilities claim system to be on as if it were players would claim every island make the pack extremely unplayable.
