1.21.4-v4:

• Added Continuity (connected glass finally!);
• Improved performance, reduced memory usage and fixed many bugs thanks to ModernFix;
• New player animation while burning in fire or lava;
• Added Particle Rain to enhance rain and snow, with many new immersive effects (now sandstorms may happen in deserts!);
• All mods and resource packs updated.
