Added FTB Utilities so that you can both claim land and a do /sethome to set one home. The main reason is there bug in multiplayer for the Wizardry mod for when you are in the underworld and you try to leave it. You will die and the server will crash/restart. So if you ever find yourself in the underworld simply do /home until such a time that Wizardry mod fixes itself.

Updated the front screen. Slowed down the dragon animation.
