Wither's Wrath

Wither's Wrath Open Beta v1.2 is finally here, bringing several new changes as you'll see down below!. v1.2.1 and v1.3 are currently being worked on, with v1.3 being the biggest update yet! I don't want to spoil anything just yet, but let's just say it will completely change the way you play the modpack... Anyway, the official changelog for the v1.2 update can be found below, and I hope you enjoy all of the brand new features added in this update!

-The Artifacts mod has been added, which adds several wearable items that grant new and powerful abilities! I'll leave that up to you to discover...

-A few new crafting recipes, such as receiving eight bone meal from one bone

-Enchanted books have been completed overhauled! There are several new enchantments, new models/color schemes for each book, and enchantment descriptions built-into each book!

-Pro Placer and Auto Tool Swap have been removed, as they are more annoying than they are helpful

-Two new optional texture/resource packs! One of them greatly improves the animations for the Epic Fight Mod (recommended), and the other one adds the new ore textures into 1.16.5 (personal preference)

-You can now compare the item you are wearing to another one by hovering over the desired item and holding shift

-You can now also see your items on a crafting table!

-You can now excavate entire veins of any ore, including modded ones!

-There are dozens of new above ground and underground dungeons to explore. Have fun!

-The UI has been slightly tweaked, and Waila now uses dark mode on default

-The player is now automatically put into Epic Fight mode when wielding any weapon other than an axe (for obvious reasons)

-The Nether has been overhauled, with various new biomes and structures

-The Outer End Islands have been COMPLETELY revamped. If you know what the BetterEnd mod is, you'll know what I'm talking about...

-Various performance improvements, especially while looking at the wither storm. Update v1.2.1 will be dedicated to optimizing performance, so stay tuned for that.

I'll give a reminder that this modpack is still in open beta and is prone to bugs and glitches. If you find any bugs or have anything you'd like to add to the pack, please let me know in the issues tab above.
