Winterglow

-Added Alternate Terrain Gen alongside Realistic Terrain Gen as two options.

-Improved stamina bar texture to match the rest of the HUD more smoothly.

-Added John's Resurrection.

-Config changes to Eternal Winter and Winter Wonderland. There are now a few biomes that are not snowy. Such as the Desert, Flower forest, Sunflower Plains, Taiga, Jungle Edge and the ridiculously rare Jungle Edge M. Also snow can completely melt away over time in every biome and accumulates a bit less high than before.

-Added Lighting Wand.

-Added Glacidus.

-Added Blue Skies.

-Added Better than Mending.

-Added BetterFPS.

-Improved the Starting Inventory. Just three info books, a silver knife, 8 pumpkin bread and a jack-o-lantern.

-Spawn Temple config changed. Now it's only the fountain with no protective wall.

-Replaced Carry On with Charset Block Carrying. Was having difficulty getting Carry On to show in the modlist.html file.

-Reenabled Metallurgy's tar lakes, but just made them rarer.
