Tweaked

Minecolonist so they will work in the rain in our case a blizzard. Got rid of barbarian and pirate spawning as the endless mob horde is bad enough. Enabled all the colony commands, as most are playing this single player I figured that would be beneficial to all. You're now allowed to begin building a colony 1 chunk away from spawn. Yeah that means you can grab some free spawn chunks that way, aka chunk loaders which is absolutely no benefit if you're not on a server.
