Wilds & Wonders Voyage

Set out into a vast fantasy world built for discovery, where every journey leads to new dangers and forgotten wonders. Explore sprawling towns filled with life, uncover the remnants of ancient civilizations, and descend into dangerous dungeons packed with enemies, treasure, and powerful bosses. The world is alive with epic flora and fauna, rare artifacts to uncover, and a wide array of new weapons, armor, and gadgets that reward those bold enough to seek them out.

Choose your path and shape your adventure through four major routes of progression: Technology, Science & Alchemy, Beast Taming, or Magic. Craft vehicles to travel great distances, tame powerful beasts to ride into battle, or master an ever-growing library of spells—with the freedom to create your own magical abilities. Each path offers unique tools and opportunities, allowing every player to experience the world in their own way. There's adventure to be found on land, deep underwater, and even high up in the clouds.

Between great adventures, build a life worth returning to. Farm, cook and fish, decorate your home to reflect your journey, and enjoy a wide variety of minigames that bring moments of fun between expeditions. Whether you seek danger, discovery, or a place to call home, this world offers countless ways to carve out your own legend.

Most importantly: Never look back. There is always something new to be found, further out there in the wild frontiers. Load up your wagon, fuel your airship or hop on your dragon and move ever forward to the next adventure: Everything you need can come with you, and your next big discovery lies just beyond your render distance!

What is this?
Wilds & Wonders: Voyage sets out to encourage travel and exploration by providing a world worth diving into and the tools to do so with. The core principles of the modpack are immersion, synergy and balance between different mods, the freedom to choose different paths towards the same goal, and most importantly: The Journey. W&W:V gives you everything you need to have a mobile base and be fully nomadic- But even if you choose the sedentary lifestyle, you can always easily find your way back home no matter how far you travel.

I made this modpack to play with my friends. We wanted to play with Create: Aeronautics and build vehicles. So, to give us a real reason to use those vehicles, I made a world worth exploring with them, and added alternatives for those of my friends who don't have the attention span to figure out Create, or would really just rather ride a dragon.

Voyage
The modpack offers countless ways to travel, from a myriad tamable creatures to magical wings or teleportation. Not enough? Build your own vehicles with Create: Aeronautics.  If the horizon calls to you, you have all the tools you need to live as a nomad and build a fully mobile base.

Tinkering
Automate your base, streamline your farms or just build wacky contraptions. W&W features a full suite of Create addons as well as Immersive Engineering, and more.

Artifice & Wizardry
W&W contains several magic mods, covering a wide range of possible uses. Automate your base or craft complicated spells with Ars Nouveau and Pastel, summon demons to do your bidding with Occultism, or master the battlefield with hundreds of combat spells from Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks.

Science!
Concoct deadly poisons or replace your pickaxe with acid that melts blocks. Transmute matter with the power of alchemy. Conduct experiments on unsuspecting mobs, then strengthen yourself with mutagenic science.

Beastmaster
The modpack contains hundreds of new creatures, many of which can be tamed and ridden, across air, land and sea. Others can become loyal pets to keep you company on your travels.

Exploration
The world is absolutely packed with things to discover. Vanilla structures have been massively overhauled, and many new ones added. World generation has been massively improved, creating truly impressive and beautiful landscapes. You're guaranteed to find something new every time you leave your base to explore.

Delving
Sprawling dungeons and landmarks will keep you busy and entertained for countless hours. They contain new enemies, new loot, as well as several puzzles and otherwise challenges.

Dimensions
The End and Nether have been completely remastered, offering a totally fresh and improved experience, with countless more things to find, fight and craft. There are also several other dimensions to discover and explore, from sprawling and mysterious magical forests to a blood chilling fleshworld.

Enemies
W&W includes several new and unique enemies to fight, each with their own unique drops and loot, as well as a myriad of challenging and engaging bosses to fight. The built-in checklist will help you hunt them down one by one.

Gear & Gadgets
Spears. Flaming swords. Grappling hooks. Backpacks. Wings! Equip yourself with a sizeable variety of powerful weapons and armor, magical trinkets and artifacts and countless useful tools and gadgets. Upgrade, ascend, enchant and level up your gear like never before.

Slice of Life
Build beautifullly decorated (and functional) homes (or vehicles). Farm new crops and cook, bake or grill hundreds of new dishes. Become a master fisherman and fill an aquarium with your fishy trophies, or hold fishing competitions with your friends. 

Immersion & Integration
W&W is carefully curated to provide an immersive experience, with mods that complement eachother nicely and play into eachother with minimal overlap.
