This update focuses on improving the quest system, refining resource pack integration, and preparing WILDERMERE for a smoother and more enjoyable adventure.

📖 Quest Book Overhaul

• Reworked the quest book with 69 quests across 10 chapters.
• Organized the quest book into three themed categories:
  • Story & Exploration — Your first steps, discovering the valley, and setting out on new adventures.
  • Home & Crafting — Farming, cooking, building, Create machinery, and cozy activities.
  • Magic & Adventure — Spellcasting, exploring new dimensions, and discovering hidden wonders.
• Improved quest progression with a short main storyline and optional side quests.
• Added quest rewards and automatic item detection where supported.
• Fixed missing chapter names and incorrect chapter group identifiers.
• Improved quest book organization and navigation.

🎨 Resource Packs

Configured four resource packs to enhance the visual experience:

• Fresh Animations — Improved mob animations.
• Stay True — Refined vanilla textures.
• Dramatic Skys Demo — Enhanced sky textures.
• Enchantment Outlines — Visual outlines for enchanted items.

Adjusted resource pack settings to keep Quark Programmer Art disabled by default.

🏡 Modpack Improvements

• Refined configuration files for a more consistent gameplay experience.
• Updated the CurseForge export configuration.
• Removed personal Buddy save data from the distribution.
• Improved quest organization and progression.
• Adjusted resource pack settings.

⚠️ Known Issues

Inventory Interface Bug

A visual bug has been discovered at the bottom of the player inventory interface. An incorrectly displayed element appears beneath the inventory slots and partially overlaps the interface.

Status: Under Investigation

We are currently investigating the cause of this issue and working on a solution. A fix is planned for an upcoming update.
