Whimsyhell 4.0.3 Changes:
- Removed included shaderpack until Curseforge fixes issues here. Until that time, we recommend downloading and installing the latest version of Complementary Reimagined manually.
- Added some performance mods to help with lag
- Set global rule sleep percentage to 25%
- Re-added DeathCounter mod
- Re-added EnchancedCelestials mod
- Minor questbook updates
- Small balance changes to ImprovedMobs mod, removing phantom and guardian summoning.
- Updated all the mods
