Adjusted Configs for FTB Essentials and FTB Ultimine! lowerd max amount of vein minable blocks at once to 32 and limited /home use to every 11 minutes. These settings can be changed in either ServerConfig in your world folder or DefaultConfigs in your base server folder!
Download Forge 43.3.13 from here https://files.minecraftforge.net/net/minecraftforge/forge/index_1.19.2.html
then install it as a server! drop in contents of zip and run!
