Weather modpack

Just a fun little modpack. Friends told me to publish. It’s mostly vanilla+ with a collection of QoL mods, some cool weather enhancements, and a few other bits to amp up the fun. 

This modpack runs very well on low end devices. Tested on low end hardware.

if the weather mod does not run well, go into the weather2 mod settings and turn on Potato PC mode.
