Here is a full documentation of mods, information about the pack including prior packs, known incompabilities and important notes as well as a log of important config changes.

Config changes as well as notes are exerpt in the following.

Noteworthy config changes in b1u10 are:

Apotheosis, boss spawn cooldown is 40 minutes
Basic Nether Ores, only gold is protected
Basic End Ores, none are protected
Better Animals Plus, Reindeer do not create snow
ChocoCraft, max pack size is 4
CommonCapabilities, analytics set to false
DynamicView, max view to 24 min view to 4
HeroicArmory, weapon damage buffed by 2 (this is to offset damage boni granted by TC weaponry)
It'sthelittlethings, modpack name Wawa Swag Pak, max RAM 24GB, min RAM TBA
TouhouLittleMaid, work range 16, max animals 64, Gomoko Owner Limit false, maid spawn rate 10
Waystones, everything is cost-free
Unnecessary keybinds were deleted or rebound to shift+/alt+/ctrl+ combos for easier reassignment by players

Other notes are:

There may be a bug where no entities including yourself render, this is usually caused by opening the Mods menu with Alex's Mobs installed, however despite having removed that mod it still happens ocasinally. Restart the game to fix.

This pack is inherently based on CowHitFace ExplorationCraft 1.12 and VanillaPlus 1.16, aimed at 1.18 for the new world generation
Ultimately there might be a 1.20 version at some point to include the Aether again, however for now 1.18 is going to stay this pack's version

This uses Embeddium, Starlight and Oculus to achieve OptiFine feature parity with vastly improved performance and compatibility
Replacement mods, such as Connectedness/CTM/Fusion and Dynamic Lights are in place
Not all shaders that are OF-capable might work with this, however the majority of shaders I had tested did work (even SEUS)
If you wish to swap out OF for the above, do so on your own discretion

There may be too many dependancies/libraries/frameworks in this pack

CLIENT INSTALL

With Launcher

Use the launcher of your choice and get this pack.
You should already know how to do that.

Without Launcher

Download the pack manually here (opens in new tab).
Download and install forge version 1.18.2 - 40.2.26 (you should know how to).
Merge the contents from the mods, config(, resourcepacks and shaderpacks) folders into your installation's folder.

(since this pack uses defaultoptions, there will be default options inside the config\defaultoptions folder
you can delete your own options.txt and defaultoptions is going to override your settings with the set defaults, this is going to set "better" default keybinds and mod settings)

Follow the first part of this awesome tutorial, the rest should be obvious (I hope).
