Enhanced Mob Spawner, authored by br4nder5 (Somehow got removed from the modpack after initial upload)

Changes:

Configured Enhanced Mob Spawner to never drop spawn eggs from mobs, to allow for gathering spawn eggs from spawners, and to allow spawner to be Silk Touched. (The ability to move spawners is powerful enough without the ability to create spawner farms of any mob)

Configured FTB Backup to backup world every 45 minutes.
