WarpWrath: Redesigned

This is a new version of WarpWrath: Redesigned. I have decided to update this modpack to 1.11.2. I will still keep the old files of 1.9.4, but I will just add more files of the ported version, I will start the version of the project 2.0 Beta. Have fun!
