Warped realities

This is a massive hotfix update that removes two of the mods that seem to have been causing issues but do not fear they have been replaced. The 2 mods in question we tinker rapiers and signposts. They were replaced with champions, macaw's paintings, and rftools. This should be a good hotfix that fixes the issues some were having with PMMO and also single-player worlds not loading with mods. 

I am aware of the issue with the game saying it needs to open a previous world in safe mode. Just load it up in safe mode and it will launch just fine.
