Summary: Really starting to build around the theme/lore of the modpack with this update. Also removing mods I feel were no longer needed/would not be used by people such as Default Options. Also began modifiying the Ice and Fire Dragons mod for more early game balancing.
Mods Updated: Forestry, Guidebook, Industrial Foregoing, Light Level Overlay Reloaded, LLibrary, Reborn Core, Tinker's Construct, Tiny Progressions, UNIDict,
Mods removed: AtomicStryker's Infernal Mobs, Compact Machines, Compact Solars, Content Tweaker, Default Options, Embers, FTB Achievements, Lag Goggles, Progressive Bosses (this is now handled with the Epic Siege Mod)
Mods added: Iskallium Reactors, Rockhounding Core, Rockhounding Chemistry, Rockhounding Rocks, Rockhounding Ore Tiers, Rockhounding Surface, Zetta Industries (tested in-game, confirmed working client side)
Config Updates:
- Ice and Fire Dragons:
- Dragon den's have a 1 in 10 chance to generate a gold pile, this is decreased from the default of 1 in 4,
- Decreased the spawning chance of a dragons lair from 1 in 180 to 1 in 360,
- Death Worm's search distance has been decreased from 64 to 48,
- Death worm spawn weight decreased from 5 to 3,
- Skeleton Dragon spawn chance decreased from 1 in 150 to 1 in 360,
- Epic Siege Mod:
- Skeleton error chance (chance to miss) increased from 30% to 33%,
- Skeleton fire distance decreased from 56 blocks to 52,
- Disabled creeper modification from Epic Siege Mod..Creeper explosions were a constant. They would not stop exploding near other mobs or players..bit too chaotic early game,
- CraftTweaker:
- Removed Ember recipe changes from CraftTweaker script,
- Zetta Industries:
- Increased Zetta Industries electrode max transfer rate from 2500rf/t to 10000rf/t to balance it with the Mekanism Induction Matrix,
- Increased Zetta Industries cable length from 32 to 48 blocks,
- Ancient Warfare:
- Starting faction standing for new players is now neutral instead of hostile, this change allows you to establish yourself with an NPC faction faster for early game safety,
- Decreased faction standing gain on trade from 2 to 1, this is to counter balance the early game standing change
