-Apothic Crusader's spell resist is now 5% per piece (was 20%) and Soul Ward Recovery Rate is 15% per piece (was 20%).

-Updated how Enchantability works. It no longer gives Arcana, and instead gives a % chance to boost an enchantment's level by 1 when enchanting
-Added more missing create items into Reskillable
-Flamebreather spawn weight is now halved (8→4) in the Nether wastes/crimson forest/basalt deltas
-Made vinery Apple Juice Craftable
-Fixed glass boot relic 2.0 to 0.2
