Updated to DarkGuardsman's version of MFFS on CurseForge

Removed civcraftac-1.1.jar (dead, non-CurseForge anticheat that never worked)

Removed OptiFine_1.7.10_HD_U_D6.jar (not allowed on CurseForge, probably wasn't on Technic either)

Removed Resonant Engine (not needed by new version of MFFS)

Removed Univeral Electricity (not needed by new version of MFFS)

Added Voltz Engine (Needed by new version of MFFS)

Updated all mods to latest stable version

Fixed some errors in the MineTweker script

Set "AllowProtection" to false in Mekanism's config (standard in my modern packs for gameplay reasons - option did not exist when this pack was created)
