Walrus's wild ride - for 1.19.2.
This is mostly intended as a private pack, but hey, play it if you want to.
A modest kitchen-sink-style modpack with 150-ish mods, this pack adds the following features:
- New places to explore, including new structures, dimensions, and biomes.
- New equipment and abilites to acquire. There are numerous tech and magic mods in this pack that allow the crafting of powerful weapons and armor, as well as the casting of spells.
- More foods and incentive to eat a varied diet in the form of increased max HP and beneficial potion effects
- Aesthetic new blocks to build with.
- Additional bosses and stronger mobs to optionally fight
- Various quality of life improvements.
For the most part, this pack should be a good bit easier than vanilla, but may be a little harder if sticking to vanilla equipment, as it does add some new mobs. Disable Mekanism's baby mobs as well as armored mobs, plus Thermal's Blitz, Blizz, and Basalz if trying to keep it simpler for vanilla-armed players to traverse the overworld.
For a difficulty bump, instead re-configure In-Control to re-allow Mutant Monsters, MutationCraft, and Fungal Infection: Spore mobs to spawn in the overworld.
