Waifing

Changes:

- I've made a change to the configs, as it seems hunters couldn't mine with certain "Vampirism Ageing" settings.

- Another important change is that I've fully re-enabled Immersive Overlays.

Perhaps it was the way I had it configured, but it was causing some problems. With the current settings, everything seems to be working correctly. Let me know if you notice anything unusual.

- And other changes to balance the gameplay a bit.

Mods removed:

- Vista

(After testing it for a while and seeing that we already have similar functionality on the server, we decided to remove it, especially due to the FPS issues with shaders, and oddly enough, it doesn't work with shaders.)
