DISCLAIMER.
this modpack was NOT responsible for your pet carriers OR traps disappearing and reappearing.
this modpack is also not responsible for any bugs, world gen and etc. you come across;
I'm 99% sure It was the mod itself and things trying to gen where other things would.
the latest modpack version changes a lot and removed what seemed to be useless and or
unneeded.
