What's new
Quick update to bring all mods to newer versions which should fix some bugs.
Next update will feature some recipe tweaks and balance adjustments.

Removed Always a Wither Skull
Lowered chance of finding materials from Mineral Chance mod
Notes:
Placebo stayed on lower version newer versions require higher forge version that isn't as stable with Vivecraft.
Vivecraft is being updated to 1.16.5 and will have a higher supported forge version once it does the pack will follow suit.
