Boarderless Windows (now this is an option to use boarderless mode instead full screen like I always use Boarderless on most games)

Removed Enhanced Celestials ( dose not work well with Time Flies Mod that make the day and night longer. (Server time langth: Day 70 M, Night 40 M This might changed depending on if we get a small community of Vampires as of there own faction)

For time being I will be stop adding more mods and will be editing all of the configs files now. this may update space out and most changes will happen on Server side first as it is official server.
