Known Issues:

Enabling skin overlays in etfuturum.cfg will cause your skin to not render properly.
Enabling anisotropic filtering breaks the texture for antimatter and redmatter.
Pressing 'U' (NEI usage key) on SMine causes crash
Placing a remote controller inside a fortron capacitor corrupts the world (mcedit can fix it)
Having multiple force fields in close proximity can cause unknown errors
