Void'n'Nether

Thanx to MelanX we got an update on her Skyblock Builder's mod and now we have a vanilla like biome generation at the void Overworld for extra challenge, randomness and freedom!

-added geodes to the overworld as it is the only way to get crystal related materials and regular sand is very expensive so I wanted to give access to cheaper glass.

-fixed a mistake in the configs that wouldn't let the Nether generate as intended.
