Simple OneBlock - UI & Performance Overhaul

• Action Bar HUD: Completely removed the old floating text holograms to fix visual glitches. Phase progress and raid warnings now display cleanly above your hotbar and only appear when looking directly at the block.
• The "Janitor" Fix: Loading an existing world will now automatically detect and delete any stuck or frozen "ghost" holograms from older versions. No world resets required!
• Server Optimization: Consolidated backend server tick events into a single master loop, significantly reducing server strain and lag in multiplayer.

Progression & Balance Changes (Config)

• Progression Math Fixed: Corrected the scaling block requirements for all 36 phases. The late-game grind has been rebalanced so requirements no longer snowball into impossible numbers.
• Farming Kits Added: Essential crops (wheat, carrots, potatoes, nether wart, etc.) and tree saplings have been integrated into phase loot chests and block generation pools so you can actually start a farm on your island!
• Balanced Mob Spawn Rates: Drastically reduced the hostile mob spawn rates across the board (especially in the late game) to prevent players from being instantly swamped by monsters when breaking blocks quickly.
• Rare Villagers: Added Villagers as an ultra-rare spawn in the passive mob pool during specific phases to allow players to slowly build up a skyblock economy.
