Vindico - Adventure!

Loads of scripts added from the server for you singleplayer's out there, along with adjusting the Advancements in the world. Fixed some recipes that didn't exist prior and some of farlander's drops including the Looter helmet.

- $disc tag fixed, you can see every CD in the world by searching '$disc'
- $vines tag fixed
- All vines can go through insolator.
- Macaw's + MrCray's + Absent by Design's fences no longer overlap.
- Tons of ID's have been clarified
- Amber can be converted from gem<->blocks
- Rainbow coal can be recharged.
- Violecite can be smelted into Violite.
- Assorted Seeds use any seeds
- Thallasium/Terminite ingot -> nuggets
- Balance changes for Champions, Wither, and Ender Drag.
- Wildfire gives proper blood.
- Mojang pattern for banner fixed.
- Scarecrows drop when broken.
- Fix for a ton of sign's from quark-o-plenty not showing up.
- Fix for BYG planks not producing a ladder.
- Unified a ton of planks with same name.
- Removed: Knightslime & Soulsteel Bee's, they were never updated for tinkers construct.
- Fixed <color> sand creation.
- Champions will drop any cd from now on, not just MDG's collection.
- Mobs can see you from further away if you're not indoors, careful out there!
- Comb blocks for tinkers mats will break properly.
- Added recipes for all the unobtainable Villager Employment clothes.
