Mod list is finally done! (Probably)

This is the first FULL PLAYABLE version of the modpack, still need to balance CC and remove a few recipes but the game is playable.


Added new foods with Pams
Added FTBQuests, this shuold provide you with starter skill points and a framework for new quests

Prettyfied the VHPLus researchable sections, everything should have its own icon by now.
