This update contains a few fixes and improvements in preparation for the 0.10 update.

0.9.2 changes:

• slag bricks can now only be crafted in stonecutter
• fixed a typo in A Mystical Solution quest
• Not Just Bees? quest no longer requires a moss block, added a tip about it instead
• improved Pioneer Plants quest description
• increased altar range from 16 to 24 blocks; you may need to replace existing altar for the change to fully apply
• hardcore worlds should no longer switch to survival
• updated Actually Subtractions, Applied Energistics 2, Applied Energistics 2 Wireless Terminals, Applied Mekanistics, Balm, Biome Blends, Corpse, Fancy Menu (3.8.1), FTB Chunks, FTB Library, FTB Quests, FTB Teams, GlobalGameRules, GuideME, Inventory Sorter, JEI, ModernFix, Simple Backups, Waystones
