# VENTRIX Genesis

**A story-driven, quest-led kitchen-sink adventure built on All the Mods 10 — Minecraft 1.21.1, NeoForge.**

VENTRIX Genesis takes the 490-mod depth of ATM10 and wraps it in a guided experience: a full 13-act questline, in-game guide books, starter kits at every act, curated keybinds, and a tuned main-menu/UI layer. It plays like a directed adventure without ever closing the sandbox — every ATM10 machine, dimension, and endgame grind is still in there.

## Highlights

- **The Ventrix Chronicles** — a ~450-quest main storyline across **13 acts**, from first wooden tools to endgame automation, ME networks, and the ATM Star
- **In-game guide books** — the *Ventrix Primer* and *Ventrix Chronicle* (Patchouli) explain the custom mechanics and quest flow without leaving the game
- **Starter kits per act** — invisible auto-grant quests hand you era-appropriate gear so each act starts with momentum
- **Curated controls** — one deliberate keybind policy (e.g. **L** opens the quest book), so nothing conflicts out of the box
- **Custom branded UI** — main-menu and branding layer via FancyMenu/KubeJS
- **Server-first design** — plays great solo, but is built for a group: party-shared quest progress (FTB Teams), BlueMap web map support, and a turnkey server pack for hosting
- **All the Mods 10 base** — Mekanism, Applied Energistics 2, Productive Bees, Mekanism endgame, Cataclysm, Bumblezone, Undergarden, Aether, Twilight-adjacent exploration, and everything else ATM10 8.1 ships

## Multiplayer

- Quest progress is shared per FTB Teams party — form a party and progress together; late joiners inherit the party's completed quests automatically.
- A fully prepared **server pack** ships alongside the client (pregenerated world, BlueMap preconfigured, scripts included).

## Requirements

- **RAM:** allocate **8 GB** minimum to the instance (10 GB comfortable)
- **Java:** 21 (Prism Launcher/CurseForge App will fetch it automatically)
- Minecraft **Java Edition 1.21.1**
