Good news everyone! The next update is here. Orginally this was suppose to be a small update...well, many months later and several lines of code, new art, and testing we have the next update: Spark of innovation. 'Sparks', will be the next tiles of updates leading up to the 1.0 release edition.
This update focuses on fleshing out our in-house content via Shadow Realms and new blocks, items and mobs(bees, dragons) via datapacks. Quests have received a rework and face lift. I also focused on expanding Chipp's workbenches and added SEVERAL new recipes aimmed at improving QOL for builders.
I also spent some time reworking and trying to balance some combat aspects of several mods so that players feel good about exploring their own end-game setups. Mind you, this is only the default config settings, feel free to change it for your own server.
This update catches us up to the most up to date mods including beta releases for mods such as Ad Astra. Like all updates, please backup your worlds and expect some wonkiness due to some mods updating model performance which may require you to replace some blocks. This update will allow players to explore their favorite mods, and discover new favorites.
- 200+ new Chipped variants of Biomes o Plenty blocks and Shadow Realms.
- Added a splash of color to The Everbright questline.
- Added introduction for a new quest companion for Ad Astra Space Fox, Zero.
- Added more food milestones for Spice of Life (increasing hearts for trying new foods).
- Added new graphical titles to the following Quest Chapters: Goety, Mana and Artifice, Ratalantis, Stargates, Refined Storage.
- Added new quest to The End, and cleaned up some other quests.
- Added new quests to Everdawn questline.
- Added new rewards for Mining Skill line.
- Added new tags to intergrate the new wood plank variants into chipped.

- Added new trofers throphies to collect and earn in various quests.
- Added new ways to earn experience via Mana and Artifice and DMNR.

- Addressed an bug/issue where the crushing demon would generate barrier blocks instead of regular bots and would require /reload to fix - kubejs Occultism addon was needed.
- Adjusted damage and protection rates of Arcanum items to help reel these items back in, so expect stat changes for: Blood, Infernal(both), and Void.
- Adjusted experience level cost rate for Magic.
- Adjusted heart rate give-out for Combat from 1 whole heart to half a heart.
- Adjusted the experience rate for leveling up via combat to be a smoother and less speed run experience to leveling it up. There was already a cooldown for killing mobs before getting new levels, slightly increased that anti-farming cooldown.
- Balanced the experience needed to level up mining skills.
- Corrected some minor quest rewards, text, and one unlinked quest from Bumblezone.
- Corrected the Dragon Fly from EvilCraft to be more friendly.

Goety - The Dark Arts
New
- Wildfire Servants. Made through a conversion ritual on a Blaze or Blaze Servants. Requires the player to have read a Bygone Scroll
- Frost, Wild and Nether Crowns. Halves their Spell type's casting time. Wearing them with the robe causes certain mobs to be neutral. Neutrality can be disabled through goety-items.toml.
- Howling Soul. Dropped by owned Black Beasts. Using it on a Black Wolf will revive the Black Beast from it.
- Ghost Fire Spell. A Necromancy Spell that summons Ice Bouquets on a target's feet or a location like Wraiths.
- Poison Dart Spell. Shoots a poison quill out of the caster. Casting it with Wild Staff will cause quill to have piercing based on Potency enchantment.
- Diamond Mold Blocks. Used for Redstone Golem/Monstrosity molds. Made by surrounding a Block of Diamond with 4 Stone blocks.
- New Ominous Shards. Used to craft an Ominous Orb or Ill Bombs in place of one. Dropped by Ministers if their staff breaks.
- New Shredding Focus. Summons Royal Spikes in front of caster like Viziers.
- Black Beast. A Black Wolf mutation based on the Nightmare Stalker from Born In Chaos. Requires reading a Haunting Scroll to unlock. Can hunt down entities when right-clicked with a tagged Taglock Kit.
- Arca Compass. Currently works by holding it, either mainhand or offhand, while killing a player will cause the compass to register the killed player on itself.
- If the killed player has an Arca, or has placed one down, it will point towards the Arca's location. Also has the co-ordinates and dimension registered on its tooltip. If the player tries to be sneaky and break their Arca and move it somewhere else, the compass will automatically point towards it.
- Ignite Spell. Right-clicking on a block or entity will set it on fire.
- Cragstones and Siltstones. New blocks based on MCD Howling Peak blocks.
- Rusty Iron Grates, based on blocks found on Gale Sanctum on MCD. Replaces base Polished Highrocks on Squall Golem mold.
- Item Tags that allows certain items to have boosted attack speed if holder wears either Grave Gloves or Thrash Gloves.
- Several New Haunted Paintings.
- Black Wolves and Bear Servants. Summoned either through Hunting and Mauling Focuses respectively. Black Wolves turns invisible when attacking and Bear Servants can be ridden as slow moving mounts. Wearing Wild Robes causes them to be summoned stronger and heal through soul energy.
- Nether Robes.Halves Nether spells by half, gives 85% (by default) resistance to fire attacks, reduce time being set on fire, allows Nether Servants to heal using soul energy and causes fire breath and fireballs damage fire immune entities with half damage. Doesn't burn up in lava or fire. Requires Bygone Research like Nether Staff and either a Witch or Warlock Robe to craft.
- Bonehead Hammer. When swung with the attack bar full, causes nearby non-allied entities to be pulled towards the entity hit by the hammer.
- Added Shrouded Blueprint to replace Terminus Scroll on End Cities/Ender Guardian drops. Is used to craft the Scroll with either a Redstone Golem Skull, or Monstrous Horn if Cataclysm is installed.
- Blazing Cage and Shade Gravestone. Both works the same way as Spider Nests. Blazing Cage trains Blaze Servants, Shade Gravestone Zombie Servants. Blazing Cage uses Magma Blocks, Shade Gravestone, Iron Ingots.
- Crypt Slime Servant. Made by using Animation Core on a Slime block while in a Crypt.
- Cairn Necromancer Servants. Made similar to Necromancer Servants, but with a Stray instead.
- Spawn eggs for slime servants.
- Added Key Tooltip on wands and staffs based on this suggestion
- Added Brewing level command
- Added new Brew effect, Raise Dead. The brew summons either Zombie or Skeleton Servants when hit on the ground. Initially only summons one, but higher levels increases number. Catalyst for brew is a Cursed Metal Ingot.

- Block of Awakened Emerald.
- Thrash Gloves a glove Curio that increases attack speed of hammers by 50%, the same way Grave Gloves does to scythes.
- Added hostile Bone Spiders. Can naturally spawn in Crypts or in the new Spider Rooms.
- Grim Infuser.Can take multiple items instead of just one. Creates Crypt Stone out of Obsidian
- Hoglin Servants. Summoned when casting Mauling spell within the Nether or with a Nether Staff.
- Hoglin Servants counts as a Wild Servant, therefore will heal if the player wears a Wild Robe. Can be ridden without Saddles much like Bear Servants.
- Much like regular Hoglins, they will avoid Warped Fungus, unless they're ridden.
- They will turn into Zoglins when out of the Nether or dimensions that are safe for Piglins and Hoglins. The Zoglins aren't loyal and are the same as Vanilla. If their owner wears a Nether Robe, they will not zombify.
- They can be healed by feeding them Crimson Roots and Weeping Vines.
- They breed by feeding them Crimson Fungi.
