Back with a small, but hefty update while things cook for the 0.18 update.

  • Removed extra beginning guide books when starting a new world.
  • Fix issue where tag #minecraft:planks would result in several Aether:Redux recipes(i.e. dark wood being able to turn into skyroot planks, slabs, etc.).
  • New crushing/milling recipes aimed at recycling your extra loot, gears, and extra building materials(fence, door, wall) back down to raw useable materials.
  • New compacting/pressing recipes to expand the side of create's functionality.
  • New Create mixing/filling recipes to create new items, improve cooking, and baking immersion and compact between various mods.
  • New Farmer's Delight cutting recipes to improve cooking immersion, mainly Aquaculture2 support.
  • Also improved backend effieceny of modpack Farmer's Delight recipes.
  • New smelting recipes aimmed around early stage recycling of extra loot, such as magical jewerly, and common mob drops.
  • New liquid block - Eggnog! Yes, you can swim in it. Check JEI for how to make it.
  • New Create Disenchanter recipes, turn loot into XP.
  • Added new splash text.

The Aether: Redux

  • Rebalanced Sentrite spawn rate
  • Sentrite is now used to craft the Sentry Ring

  • Solar emblem requires an empty main hand, and when using two requires both hands to be empty to fire two fireballs
  • Swets now have a maximum size
  • Swets now only damage players
  • Maximum swet size is now 8, or 16 if growing with a spawn egg (larger sizes can still be spawned with commands)
  • Switched from using mixins to using NeoForge events for Subzero Crossbow hand rendering
  • Fixed Sentrite Bricks texture missing

2.0.5! The Swet changes from the previous release were rather buggy, so this update polishes them up a bunch.

  • Swets can now be right-clicked with Swet Gel or their respective spawn egg to grow them (previously only throwing these items at them worked)
  • Fixed strange scaling of Swet land particle radius
  • Fixed Moas trying to attack and getting stuck in swets (they now are immune to the swets' absorption, and so are Cockatrices and Zephyrs)
